Learn how to locate release notes, optimize your search for knowledge, and navigate the Knowledge Base table of contents! The following articles can be reviewed to further enhance your use of the product and this knowledge base.
Knowledge Libraries
From anywhere in the knowledge base, expanding the Knowledge Libraries menu provides effortless access to:
Assessment & Credentialing Library: Tutorials, best practices, Assessment Support, and more.
Technical Implementation Library: Technical documentation, implementation guides, and more.
Platform News
Release notes provide details about improvements and new features to enhance the platform. Release notes can be reviewed by navigating to the Knowledge Base Homepage and clicking Platform News.
Alternatively, release notes can be accessed via the knowledge base table of contents to the left of each article. Platform News is organized by year, month, and release version.
Table of Contents
The knowledge base table of contents is intended to closely mirror the Main Menu of the platform as well as feature menus.
For example, articles related to Institution-level Course Settings are organized in the same order as the Institution Homepage left-hand menu within the platform.
The knowledge base table of contents can be collapsed for a more simplified view when reviewing articles.
To collapse, click the chevron at the top of the table of contents. Once collapsed, the chevron can be clicked to expand the table of contents.
Articles may display a table of contents specific to the knowledge within the article being reviewed.
Depending on the device's screen size, the in-article table of contents may auto-collapse and can be expanded as needed.
Searching
Via the knowledge base homepage, the contents of the knowledge base can be searched.
Alternately, when viewing an article, the knowledge base table of contents enables the ability to search for an article without navigating to the knowledge base homepage.
Once a search term is typed into either search field, a Search pop-up will display. This pop-up will return search results containing the search term in the article title and/or the article body.
